Vegan Chocolate Glaze Icing

minutesA dark and delicious chocolate glaze to drizzle over cakes or other bakes. Try it with my Chocolate Wacky Cake.
Ingredients
100g sugar
60g Flora vegan/vegan butter/coconut oil
30ml plant-based milk
30ml cocoa powder
10ml vanilla essence
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave for 1 minute, take it out and stir, then microwave for 1 minute more.
- Leave to cool to room temperature, then add the vanilla essence.
Notes
- This recipe makes enough to generously cover the top of a square 20cm cake.
