Vegan Chocolate Glaze Icing

A soft and rich glaze to drizzle over cakes, it goes especially well with my Wacky Cake recipe.

Vegan Chocolate Glaze Icing

A dark and delicious chocolate glaze to drizzle over cakes or other bakes. Try it with my Chocolate Wacky Cake.

Ingredients

  • 100g sugar

  • 60g Flora vegan/vegan butter/coconut oil

  • 30ml plant-based milk

  • 30ml cocoa powder

  • 10ml vanilla essence

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, take it out and stir, then microwave for 1 minute more.
  • Leave to cool to room temperature, then add the vanilla essence.

Notes

  • This recipe makes enough to generously cover the top of a square 20cm cake.
