Pumpkin Pie Spice

Make your own versatile pumpkin pie spice mix to keep in the pantry. Use it when making my creamy vegan pumpkin pie recipe, as well as in muffins, smoothies, oatmeal etc.

This mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and clove is such a perfect winter warming flavour.

I add it to pumpkin puree to flavour my creamy vegan pumpkin pie, but now that I have a jar full of this mix, I plan to use it in my morning oatmeal, my post-workout protein smoothie, breakfast pancakes/crumpets, in some date energy balls, and maybe even carrot muffins.

It is my new flavourite favourite thing!
